Function and Main Technical Characteristic
This machine is for the drying process of all kinds of fiber cheese after being dyed.
1. Short drying time: about 2.5 hours each batch, usually 5 tons per day.
2. Big evaporative power: water evaporated in each drying room at least 110 kilograms per hour.
3. Low energy cost: suitable structure, with energy recovery device and good thermal insulation, electrical machine with frequency control of motor speed, automatic vapor proportioning adjustment, both electrical and thermal energy are used to maximum extent, and so is the cost of cheese drying.
4. A high degree of automation: controlled by computer program and manual mode is also available. The computer programs include 20 procedures in two modes named A and B, which apply to different kinds of yarn and processes. Temperature, the air pressure and air flow are controlled by the predetermined computer programs automatically. Sound alarm and emergency stop are equipped to get controllability and selectivity.
5. High degree cleansing of air filtration: the machine adopts multiple filtration in case of the pollution to cheese from the dust and lint etc., ensuring that the air in the drying room completely reaches standard.
