Therefore, this study determined that in the pedal speed control loop, install a winding machine protection system, according to different degrees of danger, enter different resistance resistors to change the speed of the winding motor, that is, the speed of the wire storage ring.When determining the overall design plan, make a safety protection device for the winding machine.

 

When the operator's hand enters the dangerous area, the infrared light emitted by the reflector is reflected to the receiver, and the infrared sensor feedbacks the low-level signal to the logic control The chip, and then the logic control chip, according to the position of the input signal, through the single-chip or logical judgment, outputs the control signal to the relay speed reduction module, so that resistors of different resistances are serially connected into the pedal speed control loop to change the pedal device.

 

This reduces the frequency of the winding machine inverter and achieves the effect of reducing the speed of the winding motor, ensuring the safety of the operator, preventing the operator from being injured due to improper operation, and effectively improving the safety of the winding machine.
